Hi, I'm

Brandon Woodward

I recently graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence Engineering – Mechanical Engineering (That's one interdisciplinary major!). My studies focused on the intersection of AI, machine learning, and control theory, with an emphasis on their applications in robotics. My interest in intelligent physical systems started during my undergrad at Georgia Tech, where I earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Robotics. There, I took multiple CS and AI courses and conducted research in robotics labs, laying the foundation for my work in graduate school.

This past year, I worked at Neura Robotics in Germany on the 4NE-1 humanoid team, developing and training multi-task AI controllers. Living abroad and contributing to cutting-edge humanoid research has been an incredible experience, both professionally and personally.

I’m now looking for full-time opportunities in humanoid robotics, reinforcement learning, and related fields. I'm passionate about applying advanced learning methods to complex physical systems and thrive on tackling challenging real-world problems. If you'd like to connect or have any questions, feel free to reach out via the contact page or email. I'd love to hear from you!
